We
need more women in top positions
This website is a result of the EU project Women to the Top
(W2T), which has been running simultaneously in Denmark, Estonia,
Greece and Sweden. The project will soon be over, but the
website will live on and be updated.
The
site is for women who want to move onwards and upwards in
their careers, and for employers and recruiters who are
truly interested in having access to the entire pool of
talent. Free of charge and easy to use, it is packed with
tools, methods, reading tips and instructive examples.
The website has developed through ongoing contact with employers,
employees and the project’s broad network of researchers,
experts and professionals, and has received funding from
the European Commission within the framework of the Community
Strategy on Gender Equality.
